Design, Research and Systems Thinking
The Future OS
As a member of the Design Direction Team and Core Shell Team for Microsoft Windows I had the opportunity to create future design concepts based on existing user paint-points and research-backed opportunities. Concepts of various scales were explored using a cyclical method of problem/ opportunity identification, high-level concepting and user experience interviews/testing.
